“Being part of the first company laying the foundations for the Crazy Horse Paris adventure in Dubai is both a responsibility and a source of pride.”

ROSE DES CHAMPS

“The Crazy Horse Paris signature is unique in the world.”

What is the story behind your stage name?

A wild rose is both untamed and refined, and it often stands out as something unique in the landscape. I love the natural elegance of my stage name and the way it reflects my love of nature and my appreciation for simple things.

What is your story with dance?

I began dancing at the age of three in a small village in the Limousin region. I then attended a regional dance school from the age of five to eighteen. When I was ten, I saw a documentary about Crazy Horse Paris, and it had a profound emotional impact on me. The visual signature, the lighting, the bodies sculpted like living works of art… I had never seen anything like it. In that moment, I knew it was my path. I repeated it constantly to my parents throughout my childhood and teenage years.

At eighteen, I joined the National Institute of Music Hall Arts in Le Mans, where I completed a four-year multidisciplinary professional program combining dance, singing, and acting. Because my teachers knew what my goal was, they naturally guided me towards a cabaret aesthetic. Little by little, I refined my profile and moved closer to my dream. As soon as I graduated, I began auditioning for Crazy Horse Paris while working in cabaret. I auditioned in 2022, 2023, and 2024. Each year helped me grow, become more self-assured, and progress further through the recruitment process. I never gave up, and in 2025, I was finally selected.

What kind of woman are you when you are on the Crazy Horse Paris stage?

A powerful and free woman. At Crazy Horse Paris, the choreography is demanding and executed with extraordinary precision, but the interpretation remains free. Here, the dancer is not only an athlete; she is also an artist. She is expected to express her personality and allow her emotions to come through on stage. This is a completely unique approach in the world of cabaret and one of the pillars of the Crazy Horse Paris identity.

What was it like to change countries and transform your life to pursue your Crazy Horse Paris dream?

I felt both nervous and incredibly excited. Being part of the first company laying the foundations for the Crazy Horse Paris adventure in Dubai is both a responsibility and a source of pride. I am honored to be part of a project that promotes an image of women as free and independent in the Middle East. And since the age of ten, I have always pursued this dream. So yes, changing my life to live it fully was exactly what I needed to do.

In your opinion, what has created the magic of Crazy Horse Paris for the past seventy-five years?

The Crazy Horse Paris signature is unique in the world. The lighting creations that enhance the dancers’ bodies, the incomparable aesthetic, and the exact attention paid to the smallest details have allowed it to transcend time.

In your opinion, what is the most important quality of a Crazy Horse Paris dancer?

Spontaneity. Not trying too hard. Being natural and being genuine.

What do you want to convey to the audience when you dance on the Crazy Horse Paris stage?

I want to invite them to open their eyes wide and enjoy every moment. When you are watching the show, the outside world no longer exists. I want the audience to experience that fully and without restraint.

As a dancer, how would you describe your relationship with your body?

My body is my home and my refuge. I have always taken care of it and listened to what it needs. In return, it continues to carry me further.

Two words to describe femininity?

Free. Natural.

What would you say today to the little dancer you once were?

I would tell her to believe in her dreams and to take action in order to give herself the means to achieve them. I would also tell her to remain confident and positive throughout the journey, even if the path proves long and winding. Positivity attracts positivity.

Which act in The Dubai Edition amazes you the most?

Rougir de Désir gives me goosebumps every time. The singer’s voice, the silhouette in shadow, the choreography… everything comes together to create a sublime and deeply moving act.
